I work with clients online via WhatsApp, Zoom, or FaceTime, whichever platform feels most comfortable for you. Virtual hypnotherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy; many people find that being in their own familiar space enhances the benefits of relaxation.
With no travel time or rushing around, you can complete your session from the comfort of your sofa or bed. All you need is a quiet, private space and a good internet connection.


I offer in-person hypnotherapy sessions from my private therapy room in Hanworth. This calm, welcoming space features a dedicated relaxation room with a comfortable bed and blanket to help you fully unwind. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience.
Before we begin working together, we'll have a relaxed 15-minute chat on the phone to get to know each other and discuss what’s been going on for you and what you would like to achieve from hypnotherapy.
During this call, I will provide a gentle, neuroscience-based explanation of how the brain works, especially regarding anxiety and overthinking. Understanding why you feel the way you do is a huge relief and the first step toward feeling more in control. There's no pressure or obligation, just a calm, supportive space to explore your preferred future.
Regular hypnotherapy services usually take around 50 minutes at the same time and day each week.
Talk Therapy: The first half of the session focuses on positive goal-setting to help you move forward.
Trance Therapy: For the second part, we use trance—a deeply relaxing state where you get to kick back and completely relax while your subconscious mind builds new, healthier patterns.
