I offer 1-1 sessions. A single session is 50 minutes and if you choose a 6-week or 9-week package, sessions are typically weekly on the same day and time. We'll use talk therapy to create a clear goal and move forward positively and we'll also use trance, the part where you get to properly relax.

How many hypnotherapy sessions do I need to improve my sleep?
