We will be working online using Google Meet or whichever platform works best for you. Working online might sound less effective, however from experience I have come to learn that clients feel more relaxed and at ease during trance when in the comfort of their own home and bed. Each session is tailored to you.
Once we’ve had a quick 15-minute chat to discuss your concerns and future goals, we will book you in for a free initial consultation. This will take around 30 minutes via videocall, I will take some personal details from you and deliver a short explaination of the brain which will help you to understand why you are feeling as you do.
A smoking or vaping is 2 hours long and is a one-off session. During this session we will talk through your smoking/vaping habits in detail, along with a relaxing trance session to reprogramme the subconscious mind with new healthy habits.
When treating a fear or phobia we will have 3 sessions, these will be spaced out weekly.
Session 1 - is a regular hypnotherapy session which will reduce your stress levels in preparation for our next session.
Session 2 - we will use a neuro linguistic programme technique that we call the “Rewind”, this is using visualisation to work through the old and unwanted memories that link us to our phobias.
Session 3 - is called the “Reframe”, we spend around 30 minutes creating a story of your perfect day around your phobia, once this is complete, we then finish off with some relaxing trance and include the story of your perfect day.
Regular sessions usually take around 50 minutes and will take place at the same time and day each week. We spend the first part of the session using talk therapy and creating a goal to help you move forward in a positive way.
For the 2nd part of the session we will be using trance, this is the best part of the session as you get to kick back and completely relax.

You will be given a free audio to listen to each night which will support our work together.

Suffering with an intense fear or phobia can be very over whelming, in some cases it can be really debilitating. Phobias stem from negative thought patterns stored in the subconscious mind. We remove these patterns by using hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming techniques to reframe and replace those unwanted fears and phobias.
