I’ve been there myself, and that personal experience led me to this neuroscience-based hypnotherapy work. I’m a mum of two and a proud dog-mum to Bear. Having experienced the challenges of parenting children with additional needs, alongside my own struggles with anxiety and depression, I know how overwhelming life can feel.
In my 30s, intrusive thoughts began to take over my life until one day I decided I couldn’t keep living as a prisoner of my own mind. I reached out to a hypnotherapist, and after just one session, I noticed a shift. For the first time in years, I felt calm and in control. That moment changed everything for me.
Inspired by my own transformation, I retrained in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy so I could help others rediscover the same sense of freedom, self-belief, and hope. Today, my passion is supporting people to move forward, focus on their strengths, and create the life they deserve.

I hold a Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy from the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT). I’m an AfSFH-registered hypnotherapist and accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate, allowing me to work safely with children and adults.
