
Hi, I’m Tricia, a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with a deep passion for helping people overcome anxiety and find calm, confidence, and balance. I work with both teenagers and adults, offering a safe, supportive space to manage stress, build resilience, and create positive change.
In my 30s, anxiety began to take over my life until one day I realised I couldn’t keep living as a prisoner of my own mind. I reached out to a hypnotherapist, and after just one session, I noticed a shift. For the first time in years, I felt calm and in control and that moment changed everything for me.
Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned powerful techniques for calming the nervous system and moving out of fight-or-flight, which I now share with clients to help them feel more grounded and in control, like finding your own natural medicine, without medication.
As a mum of two (and dog-mum to Bear), I understand how overwhelming life can feel, especially when balancing family, work, and personal challenges. My personal transformation inspired me to retrain in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy so I could help others rediscover the same sense of freedom, strength, and hope.

I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT). I’m accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate, allowing me to work safely with children and vulnerable adults.
